Apple Cake

  • A simple, easy and delicious treat that you can make at any time of the day. Children will surely adore it. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: mold 25 cm, very easy, total time: 55 min, 10 servings
  • golden apple/ grated big thin slices

  • 100 ml of milk

  • 70 g of flour/ and more for making dough on the work surface

  • 50 g brown sugar

  • 20 g melted butter + to lubricate the mold

  • 16 g baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ampule of vanilla aroma

Preparation:
  1. In a deep plastic bowl, mix the eggs, with the brown sugar and vanilla until frothy,

  2. Then add the melted butter to the beaten eggs, mix well, then add the milk and mix again, after gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder, a pinch of salt and work with the mixer all the time.

  3. Mix well so that there are no lumps in the dough.

  4. When you're done, start making apples.

  5. First washing and drying them well, then peel the bark and seeds and cut them into thin fillets.

  6. Then add the apple slices to the dough and mix well with a spoon and combine them.

  7. When making the dough, make sure that the mixture is neither too thick nor too thin.

  8. Take your mold and grease with butter and a little flour.

  9. Pour the mixture and level with a spatula. Place the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes. Check the dough with a toothpick.

  10. When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven, and leave it to cool for a few minutes.

  11. Remove the ring from the mold, place the treat on a decorative plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon if you like. Serve.
