Buckwheat Pancakes

  • Here is one good recipe for buckwheat pancakes, buckwheat is very healthy and not bad to use this way. The dough is definitely fantastic It is very easy, to make. And tasty too. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: cup 200 ml, simple, total time: 15 min.
  • 2 eggs

  • 3 cups mineral water

  • 12 Tablespoons buckwheat flour

  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g

Preparation:
  1. Whisk the eggs, then add water and stir. Then add flour and olive oil, and mix well to combine everything finely. The mixture should be as thick as for rare pancakes, only a shade thicker. Whisk well so that there are no lumps and all the ingredients come together well.

  2. From the resulting mixture, bake pancakes on both sides, then fill to taste. If you want salty pancakes, then add a teaspoon of salt to the mixture, and if you want sweet, then add a teaspoon of sugar or some other sweetener. Later, fill to your liking.
