Chicken Skewer

  • Chicken skewer for 2 serving, recipe is very simple and meat is very taste in combination with soy sauce and vegetables. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: easy, total time: 30 min, for 2 persons (Increase the amount as needed)
  • 250 g chicken fillet/ cubes

  • 1 red fresh pepper/ rings

  • 1 zucchini/ diced

For the sauce:

  • 100 ml soy sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • peel and juice of 1 lime or lemon

Preparation:
  1. Squeeze the lime, grate the rind, add soy sauce, olive oil, oregano, mix it all well and stir.

  2. Cut chicken fillet, paprika, and zucchini into cubes 5-7 cm thick.

  3. Put the sliced meat in the sauce to stand for 15 minutes.

  4. Arrange the zucchini, paprika, meat on a wooden stick and so on, until 2 skewers are obtained.

  5. Bake with the remaining vegetables on a greased pan or grill. 10 minutes (5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side)

  6. Serve on a plate and garnish with grilled vegetables, sprinkle with oregano, pour olive oil and garnish with lime. Buon appetito!
