Ingredients: simple, total time: 2 hours 30 minutes.

  • 1 kg of flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cube of fresh yeast/ 42 g

  • 2 Tbsp of sugar

  • 1 bag of baking powder/10 g

  • 1 Tbsp of salt

  • 400 ml of yogurt

  • 100 ml of oil

  • 250 ml of milk

Preparation:
  1. Pour warm milk into a bowl and crumble the yeast, then add sugar and a little flour. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

  2. When the yeast “activates”, add the eggs that have been at room temperature, oil, and yogurt, mix, then pour in little by little the flour previously mixed with baking powder.

  3. Knead the dough, then sprinkle it with flour to prevent it from sticking.

  4. Place in a warm place to rise for 60 or 120 minutes, then stir.

  5. Cover with transparent foil or put in a plastic bag, and be sure to squeeze out all the air.

  6. The dough prepared in this way can be kept in the refrigerator for a week.
