Ingredients: simple, total time: 55 min.
Syrup:
2. 5 glasses of granulated sugar/ 1 cup — 200 ml
4 glasses of water/ 800 ml
1/ 2 lemon juice
Dough:
500 g Dr. Oetker Revani mixture
3 eggs
240 ml of milk
2 tsp liquid aroma dispenser -lemon
1 lemon zest grated
Mold:
rectangular mold (24×30 cm)
Preparation:
Preparation of syrup:
Put the granulated sugar and water in a pot and boil them, stirring occasionally.
When it starts to boil, add the lemon juice and boil for 5–10 more minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Preparation Dough:
Grease the mold with butter and flour. Shake off excess flour.
Heat the oven to the specified 170 °C.
In a whisking bowl, add the eggs, sugar, mix until fluffy. Add milk, lemon flavor, and lemon zest-beat for 5 minutes.
Now add Ravani mixture — mix again, until uniform.
Pour the dough in prepared mold, smooth it out with a cake knife.
Bake about 35–45 minutes.
Take it out of the oven, slice it into a square, wait for 20 minutes then pour cold syrup on it.
Cool Revani cake more than 4 hours, and serve.
