Ingredients: simple, total time: 55 min.

Syrup:

  • 2. 5 glasses of granulated sugar/ 1 cup — 200 ml

  • 4 glasses of water/ 800 ml

  • 1/ 2 lemon juice


Dough:

  • 500 g Dr. Oetker Revani mixture

  • 3 eggs

  • 240 ml of milk

  • 2 tsp liquid aroma dispenser -lemon

  • 1 lemon zest grated


Mold:

  • rectangular mold (24×30 cm)

Preparation:

Preparation of syrup:

  1. Put the granulated sugar and water in a pot and boil them, stirring occasionally.

  2. When it starts to boil, add the lemon juice and boil for 5–10 more minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool.


Preparation Dough:

  1. Grease the mold with butter and flour. Shake off excess flour.

  2. Heat the oven to the specified 170 °C.

  3. In a whisking bowl, add the eggs, sugar, mix until fluffy. Add milk, lemon flavor, and lemon zest-beat for 5 minutes.

  4. Now add Ravani mixture — mix again, until uniform.

  5. Pour the dough in prepared mold, smooth it out with a cake knife.

  6. Bake about 35–45 minutes.

  7. Take it out of the oven, slice it into a square, wait for 20 minutes then pour cold syrup on it.

  8. Cool Revani cake more than 4 hours, and serve.
