You have to try this soup because it is fantastic and very tasty, I believe that you will really like it outside
400 gr. Mushrooms any kind
40 g butter
1 head of red onion/ or gold
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons flour
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Dry spice/vegeta
4 tablespoons of sour cream or cream for cooking
8 dc water
1 dc milk
1 lemon cut in slices

Finely chop the onion and champignons/mushrooms into slices.
Put the oil to heat and add the chopped onion after two minutes of mixing, put the chopped mushrooms in a pot, stir and cover.
Wait for the water to come out of the mushrooms, when the water has evaporated, add the butter and garlic stir quickly 1 min. than add immediately cooking cream or sour cream, what do you have and season with salt and pepper, let it simmer for 5 minutes. And then add water ,add dry spices, while waiting for the water to boil, mix the flour with a little milk and put it in the broth and wait for it to boil.
When it is boiled turn off the heat and add the parsley leaf.
If you want sour soup, you can pour a little lemon juice in it. Buon appetito!
