Mushroom Soup

  • You have to try this soup because it is fantastic and very tasty, I believe that you will really like it. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min.
  • 400 g mushrooms of any kind/ cut into strips

  • 40 g butter

  • 1 head of red onion/ or gold / finely chopped

  • 3 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons flour

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp dry spice/Vegeta

  • 4 Tablespoons of sour cream/ or cream for cooking

  • 800 ml water

  • 100 ml milk

  • parsley leaves/ finely chopped

  • 1 lemon cut in slices

  1. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms into slices.

  2. Put the oil to heat and add the chopped onion after 2 minutes of mixing, put the chopped mushrooms in a pot, stir, and cover.

  3. Wait for the water to come out of the mushrooms.

  4. When the water has evaporated, add the butter and garlic stir quickly 1 min. than add immediately cooking cream or sour cream, what do you have, season with salt and pepper, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then add water, add dry spices, while waiting for the water to boil, mix the flour with a little milk, put it in the broth and wait for it to boil.

  5. When it is boiled, turn off the heat and add the parsley leaf.

  6. If you want sour soup, you can pour a little lemon juice in it.
