Pancakes with Almond Flour Lena

  • They are simple and there is not much difference from classic pancakes. The differences are only in the ingredients. Taste is fantastic. Ingredients for 20 pancakes: simple, total time 35 min.
  • 540 g of almond flour

  • 4 large eggs

  • 220 ml of milk

  • 60 g butter

  • 2 Tablespoons of sugar

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 bag of baking powder/ 5 g

  • 1 grated lemon peel

  • a little lemon juice

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar /8 g

Preparation:
  1. Melt the butter over medium heat and allow cooling slightly. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. Then add melted butter and milk.

  2. Then add the almond flour that you previously mixed with the baking powder.

  3. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes, then stir with a ladle and bake the pancakes in hot oil. When golden brown, turn to the other side with a thin knife to bake, then remove to a plate, spread the pancakes with jam, sugar, Nutella, or nuts as you wish. Bake at medium heat.
