Papaya Cream

  • An ideal recipe for ending a hot summer day in the true enjoyment of a papaya dessert. Beautiful tropical taste with the freshness of ice cream. It's very easy to prepare, and it's done quickly. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min.
  • 380 g papaya mature

  • 125 g vanilla ice cream

  • 10 ml currants Liquor

Preparation:
  1. Cut the papaya in half and remove all the black seeds.

  2. Remove the flesh from the papaya and cut it into pieces.

  3. Put it in a blender and finely blend it into a homogeneous and smooth mixture, add vanilla ice cream, mix well until you get a cold cream.

  4. Pour into a glass and serve. If desired, add currant liqueur.
