##Quick and Easy 15-Minute Zucchini Recipe
Zucchini ready for 15 min.-are very healthy and a diet dish, a real summer dish easily and very tasty prepared, you can combine them with meat or some other side dish or just consume them this way. They are easy to prepare and they are ready quickly. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: very easy , total time: 25 minutes, 3 serving
3 large zucchini/ cut into lengthwise
juice of 1 lemon
flour as needed
salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil EVO to taste
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini well and cut off their ends, then cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise then put them in salted boiled water in a bowl to stand for 10–15 minutes.
After a while, strain them well and dry them with a kitchen towel.
Sprinkle them in a bowl with lemon juice on all sides, then roll them in flour.
Take a baking dish of the appropriate amount and place the baking paper and arrange the zucchini, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. (If you are frying in a pan, then salt and pepper beforehand, and only then roll in flour.)
Turn the oven to 200 °C and bake the zucchini for 15–20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Fry them in a pan with a little olive oil, about 2–3 minutes each side, until golden brown.

NOTE:
If you like the taste of paprika, you can add allspice it to the flour and mix, and only then roll it.
Keep the rest of the fried zucchini in a plate covered in the refrigerator.
