1 avocado
1 tomato
1/2 head of red onion
1/2 a lemon juice
Himalayan salt to taste

Preparation:
Mash the avocado with a fork, finely chop or blend the tomato and onion, then add lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Mix it all up. Guacamole spread can be served with potatoes, a slice of toasted bread, rice galettes or tortillas.
