Nettle Soup Lena
Nettle is very important to consume because it is rich in all the vitamins that are necessary for our body and immunity. Find out more about nettles here. It is rich in iron, phosphorus, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, etc … Here is one of my recipes how to make it.
Ingredients : simple, total time: 40 min. 2 servings
4000 g of young nettles
40 g of oil
40 g of onion
30 g of flour
120 g sour cream
50 g of rice
Cayenne pepper (red ground pepper)
salt to taste
water 1 liter and 200 ml if you like a thick put less

Clean and wash the nettles and cook in salted water.
It is good to beat with a food processor or some wire in water.
Finely chop the onion and fry in oil and add flour and then allspice, then pour the resulting powder into the water with nettles. Then add the rice and let it cook and the rice softens.
Boil 2 eggs in water for up to 9–10 minutes and cool with cold water.
Peel an egg and cut it in half.
When the soup is cooked, season it with a simple scrambled egg and sour milk that you have already mixed and added a little liquid from the soup.
Put one half of a boiled egg in each plate, and pour over the soup overcooked. Serve warm. Buon appetito!
