Who eats sweets and in is a hurry here is the ideal recipe, it does not require much time as with other strudels. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 90 min.
150 g butter or margarine
200 ml of milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
500 g flour
1 bag of dry yeast /10 g
250 g poppy seeds

First, prepare the poppy seeds. Sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk boil a bit and pour over ground poppy seeds.
Allow to cool and let the poppy absorb the liquid.
Beat, egg, butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, milk with yeast, and flour add gradually into it whisk with a mixer so that the dough becomes smooth.
Divide into two parts and immediately develop the noodles, at 2.3 mm. thickness and about 30 cm. length.
Coat with poppy seeds, twist, top with scrambled egg, and immediately put to bake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes. Buon appetito!
