Sauce Dressing for Steaks and Salads

  • This is one of the classic sauces that I prepare as a topping for various salads and schnitzels such as : chicken, pork and beef schnitzels. It gives a special flavor to the meat and is very easy to make. You only need 5 minutes to set aside for this irresistible sauce. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 5 min.

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise /or to taste

  • 200 ml of sour cream //or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard

  • 2 tsp of olive oil/ optional

  • 1 tsp of dry parsley

  • pinch of pepper

Preparation:
  1. Make the sauce by first: pouring mayonnaise into a small deep dish, then add sour cream, mustard, olive oil, little pepper and finally parsley, mix all these ingredients well, so that there are no lumps, and put them in the refrigerator.

  2. Store the sauce prepared in this way in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
