Banana Sauce

  • This sauce is one of the most delicious and goes with cakes, ice creams, pancakes with sweet rolls, the taste is really fancy and here is a recipe how to make it. Read more about sterilization jars here!

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1 cup of boiling water

  • 1 Tablespoon corn starch

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon butter

  • if you like, you can put a little extract of vanilla 1/4 tsp

Preparation:
  1. Mix boiling water, cornstarch, and sugar in a large bowl. Stir constantly so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Cook this mixture in a saucepan over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the mashed bananas and butter, and stir constantly until the butter melts. Serve with buns and pancakes.

NOTE: You can store this sauce in jars hermetically sealed in jars and keep it for up to 7 days!
