Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
1 mashed banana
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
if you like you can put a little extract vanilla 1/4 tsp
Mix boiling water, cornstarch, and sugar in a large bowl. Stir constantly so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Cook this mixture in a saucepan over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the mashed bananas and butter, and stir constantly until the butter melts. Serve with buns and pancakes.
Note: You can store this sauce in jars hermetically sealed in jars and keep it for up to 7 days!
