Beetroot Pancakes with Cream

  • 1 clove of garlic /finely chopped

Betroot Pancakes with Cream


  1. Grate the beetroot in a deep bowl, then add the eggs and mix with salt, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  2. Take a frying pan and pour a little oil, fry the dough on one side and on the other, remove to another plate.

  3. Make the cream, mix cheese, salt and chopped garlic, mix the ingredients well to combine everything. After that, leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Crumble the pancakes after the spinning time and cut the pancakes into smaller pieces.

  4. Serve as an appetizer with other side dishes.
