Croissants 7 Days

  • Phenomenal croissant recipe, 7 days. Trying to make it at home is very easy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 120 min.

Dough:

  • 500 g flour

  • 250 ml of milk

  • 1/2 cube of yeast

  • A spoonful of salt

  • A spoonful of sugar

  • 100 ml oil

Fill:

  • 1 bag vanilla or chocolate pudding/ 40 g

  • 250 ml of milk

  • 3–4 Tablespoons of sugar

Preparation:
  1. Pour sugar, salt, and yeast into lukewarm milk. Allow to rise for 15 minutes. Then knead the dough together with the other ingredients and leave it to rise for 40 min. — 1 hour.

  2. Make balls from the dough, roll them out and cut 6 triangles with a knife, then put the filling in each with a spoon thicker filling than ordinary pudding, then wrap them like rolls.

  3. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes at 250 °C.

  4. Roll the cool rolls in sugar in powder and serve.
