How to make a Great Homemade White Nutella Cream

  • Fantastic and very tasty cream that is very easy to make and to prepare, which can always be used for various desserts or cakes. To make this wonderful cream, follow the instructions in the recipe, you will need a jar or jars, depending on how much you want to make. You can use this cream as a spread on bread or as an addition to Kinder Bueno Cakes or some other desserts that you would make from white Nutella cream.

  • How to bake hazelnuts arrange them in a pan larger than the oven and turn the oven to 170 °C, fry them for 5 minutes then shake or stir the hazelnuts on the other side and bake for another 5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook them too much! You can also fry them in a pan. Cleaning hazelnuts from the shell, it is best to rub them through your palms and remove the small remnant of the shell with a knife, the hazelnuts must be all nicely cleaned.

Ingredients: very easy, total time: 15 min, recipe for 450 g jar

Nutella Cream:

  • 150 g of white chocolate

  • 150 ml fresh liquid cream

  • 100 g roasted hazelnuts (peeled)

  • 30 g butter

  • 25 g powdered sugar

  • 1 sachet of vanilla/ 10 g

You will also need:

  • Blender / Mixer

  • Hand broom

  • Little pot

Preparation:
  1. Put the roasted and cleaned hazelnuts from the shell in a mixer with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and mix it all well, until you get a fine powder mixture. It takes about 4 minutes, and set aside.

  2. Turn the oven to the lowest heat and put the cream and pieces of butter that you have chopped, heat until well combined.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the chopped white chocolate and mix well to melt everything nicely.

  4. Finally, add the hazelnuts with the other ingredients that you mixed, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat, mix with a hand mixer so as not to form lumps. The mixture should be liquid.

  5. When you have finished, pour the mixture into a sterile and clean jar when it is ready, wait for it to cool down to room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator to cool. Enjoy!
