## Deliciously Crispy Oven-Fried Pork Fillet
Delightful and succulent rolls filled with cream and ham, then fried and baked to perfection. These are prepared swiftly and with ease, making them ideal for any occasion. This recipe is reminiscent of Karađorđe's steaks. Simply follow the instructions.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min., 4 servings
8 pork fillet- pork loin 730 g/ cut into 4-5 mm
4 prosciutto/ or ham or bacon- thin feta cut into half
8 tsp raw cream
1 egg + 30 ml milk
2 full Tbsp flour
4 full Tbsp breadcrumbs/ or as needed
1.5 tsp dry spice Vegeta
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Wash the meat and dry it well with a kitchen towel. Then season it on one side with: pepper, salt and a little dry vegetable seasoning. Just lightly salt the other side of the fillet.
Pound the fillets well on both sides. The fillets must be 4 mm thick.
Leave the side of the fillet where you just lightly salted it facing you.
Using a small spoon, spread the raw cream over the entire surface of the fillet.
Spread half of the ham over the cream, then roll it up.
Repeat this with the rest of the material.
Pour flour into a smaller plate, pour crumbs into another, then in a third, deeper plate, beat one egg and a little milk, and add a pinch of salt.
Roll each roll well in flour, then in egg and drain well, then roll in crumbs on all sides.
Arrange the rolls, then drizzle with a little oil in a baking dish 20 x 30 cm greased and lined with baking paper.
Turn the oven to 200°C, wait for it to heat up well for about 10 minutes.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite side dish. I served these rolls with spinach, broccoli salad with the addition of mayonnaise.
Serve 2 rolls per person as they are smaller in size.

Keep leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave.
