## Savory Scrambled Eggs with Paprika and Bacon
Enjoy a nutritious and protein-rich breakfast featuring paprika and bacon. This meal is both simple and quick to prepare. Please follow the recipe for details.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min., 1 serving
2 eggs
1 Tbsp of Philadelphia
1/3 green pepper
25 g bacon diced
1/3 tsp salt/ or to taste
1 Tbsp Olive oil EVO
Preparation:
In a deep plate, beat the eggs, add salt and a spoonful of Philadelphia, mix everything well with a wire.
Wash the pepper, cut into 1/3, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Cut the same bacon into smaller cubes.
Heat the oil on low to moderate heat.
Add the bacon and fry until it becomes transparent, immediately add the peppers and mix. Fry for about 2–3 minutes, when the bacon has become crispy, add the beaten eggs and mix everything well.
The eggs are ready when everything is combined and there is no excess liquid.
Turn off the heat and immediately serve in a plate.
