Avocado with Egg

  • Healthy breakfast in just a few minutes from avocado mixture and eggs. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min. 1 serving
  • 2 slices of bread

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 lime

  • coriander

  • salt to taste and pepper to taste

  • olive oil EVO

Preparation:
  1. Peel the avocado and mash it with a fork.

  2. Season it with salt, lime juice, pepper, and a little olive oil and mix it all well.

  3. Boil the egg for about 8–10 minutes and cut it in half.

  4. Spread the avocado mixture on each piece of toast and put half of the egg on it. Instead of cooking, you can fry an egg on the eye.
