This sauce is made in just 5 minutes. It is an ideal topping for all types of river and sea fish. It will also be a dressing for some Mediterranean salads with eggplant or in combination with fish or tuna. The preparation is very quick and simple. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 5 minutes, 2-3 serving
100 ml Olive oil EVO
1 lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic/ minced
pinch of black pepper
2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves/ finely chopped
small sauce bowl
Preparation:
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice and filter.
In a small bowl, add olive oil, filtered juice from a whole lemon, a pinch of black pepper.
Chop finely the parsley leaves and add 2 spoons to the bowl. Mix it all well.
Use it as a topping sauce for all types of sea and river fish, you can use this topping as an addition to some salads.
If you like the aroma of lemon, you can add a pinch of grated lemon peel, (with the fact that the lemon has been thoroughly washed beforehand and left in water and baking soda for about 1–2 hours or overnight.)
Enjoy!
