Chicken Soup Peas without Flour

  • We all like to prepare peas, but in the easiest and healthiest way possible. When I want to make pea-like soup, I always prepare it like this and believe that this meal is very light. It is easy to digest, and the preparation is very tasty, very dietary and, importantly, gluten-free. I believe that many will like this recipe of mine. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time:90 min. 4 servings
  • 2 Tablespoons oil

  • 2 medium onions / finely chopped

  • 2 large potatoes / chopped into small cubes

  • 3 medium carrots / cut into rings

  • 500 g peas

  • 2 thighs / cleaned of skin

  • 2 drumsticks / cleaned of skin

  • 2 teaspoons dry spice/Vegeta

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch / density

  • 700 -750 ml of water

  • 3 full Tablespoons weed dill

Preparation:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients as described above.

  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a deeper pan and wait for it to heat up a little over a moderate heat. Then add chopped onion, fry it for about a minute until it gets a glassy appearance. Immediately add 1 teaspoon of dry spice, then add one chopped potato, add a little water (about 100 ml), leave to simmer for 7–8 minutes. Add the same amount of water until the potatoes are soft (about 20 minutes).

  3. When the potatoes have softened, blend it all together with the onion into a mushy mixture. Then add the peeled chicken in pieces, chopped carrots and chopped remaining potatoes. Add water as needed, enough to cover the meat, cover the pot and leave for about 10–15 minutes to simmer.

  4. After the allotted time, add the peas, stir and add water as needed, cover the pot again and let it cook on a moderately low heat for about 40 minutes.

  5. During this time, mix cornstarch with a little water (100 ml) so that the mixture is free of lumps.

  6. After the time has elapsed, add a little salt, 1teaspoon dry spice/Vegeta and 3 full tablespoons of weed dill, add cornstarch and mix well, leave to cook covered for about 15 minutes.

  7. When the peas are ready and all the vegetables and meat are soft, serve warm in deeper plates with a slice of bread and some good salad if you want, enjoy in the taste and a wonderful gluten-free meal.
