Preparation:

  1. Cut the meat into cubes or thin pieces, season lightly with 0.2 g of dry spice and cornstarch and mix.

  2. Sauté the meat in a small amount of oil for 10–15 minutes, then remove, and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add a little more oil - stir-fry the carrot, cabbage, and leek, all cut into sticks, along with the mushrooms sliced.

  4. Once the vegetables soften, add salt, butter, soy sauce, and a splash of water. Simmer for a few minutes, then return the chicken to the pan and mix thoroughly.

  5. Cook until everything is soft and a sauce is formed.

  6. Turn off the heat.

  7. Serve this dish with white rice or chinese noodles.

  8. Garnish with parsley on top.

Buon appetito!

NOTE:

  • if you have bamboo, peanut, sesame, and fresh paprika (red, or green and yellow) you can combine it with it.
