## Mastering Chicken: The Chinese Culinary Approach
I have a particular fondness for Chinese cuisine and am skilled in its preparation. One of my favorite recipes includes the addition of bamboo and peanuts, resulting in a very flavorful dish. You can personalize this recipe by incorporating vegetables of your choice, allowing for creativity and customization. Please follow the recipe provided.
Ingredients: simple, total time 35 min. 4 servings
500 g chicken white meat/ cut into cubes, or thin pieces
2 carrots/ chopped
1 larger leek/ cut into short sticks
200 g mushrooms/ cut into leaves
1/2 head of red cabbage/ cut into sticks
150 g of white rice
50 g butter
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp red ground red paprika
salt and pepper to taste
dry spice Vegeta to taste
parsley leaves/ finely chopped
200 -250 ml water as needed
sesame seeds as you like
Preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes or thin pieces, season lightly with 0.2 g of dry spice and cornstarch and mix.
Sauté the meat in a small amount of oil for 10–15 minutes, then remove, and set aside.
In the same pan, add a little more oil - stir-fry the carrot, cabbage, and leek, all cut into sticks, along with the mushrooms sliced.
Once the vegetables soften, add salt, butter, soy sauce, and a splash of water. Simmer for a few minutes, then return the chicken to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Cook until everything is soft and a sauce is formed.
Turn off the heat.
Serve this dish with white rice or chinese noodles.
Garnish with parsley on top.
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
if you have bamboo, peanut, sesame, and fresh paprika (red, or green and yellow) you can combine it with it.
