## Deliciously Aromatic Oven-Baked Bruschetta
Bruschetta, freshly aromatic from the oven, offers a delightful meal option for breakfast or dinner in just 15 minutes. The preparation is both quick and straightforward. Simply follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min.
baguette/ or stale bread (preferably homemade)
tomatoes
salt
Olive oil EVO
garlic
basil
mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
Peel the tomatoes, remove the insides and drain the excess liquid, then cut them into small cubes. Add a little salt and a little olive oil and chopped garlic, then mix everything gently.
Cut the bread into thin slices and arrange them in a tray.
Spread the prepared tomatoes over each slice, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 5-7 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns slightly brown.
They are best when they are warm, and before serving, sprinkle them with dry basil.
