150 g of sugar
12 Tbsp of milk
12 Tbsp of oil
12 Tbsp of wheat semolina

1 bag baking powder/ 10 g
200 g of ground walnuts
For Sprinkling:
400 g of sugar
450 ml of water
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy, then add the rest of the ingredients, including the ground walnuts, and mix well using the bottom-up technique.
Pour the mixture into a 20 x 25 cm baking tray previously oiled and sprinkled with flour. Level the surface with a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until the crust is golden brown.
While the crust is cooling, prepare the syrup.
Boil the sugar and water until they become a thick syrup.
When the crust has cooled, cut it into cubes and soak it well in warm syrup.
Leave the baklava to cool, then decorate it with ground walnuts.
Now your delicious baklava is ready to serve!
Enjoy its rich flavors!
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
You can put less sugar in the syrup for 200 g if you don't like it too sweet!
Keep baklava in the fridge, up to 4 days, especially on summer days, because that way it will be much more pleasant and refreshing.
