Macaroni with Minced Meat from the Oven

  • A simple recipe for pasta with minced meat from the oven. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: medium, total time: 60 min. 6 servings
  • Macaroni (1 pack)

  • 300 g of minced meat

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp basil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 onions

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 carrots

  • 6 roasted peppers

  • 100 g tomato peel

  • 200 g of Trappist cheese

  • 5 Tbsp olive oil

  • 100 g Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
  1. Cook one package of macaroni in salted water with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  2. Heat the remaining oil and fry the finely chopped onion, garlic, grated carrot and finely chopped roasted peppers.

  3. As soon as they soften a little, add the minced meat, which you previously seasoned with pepper, salt, and oregano.

  4. Stir until the meat is fried, then add the tomatoes. Then season to taste. After 5 minutes, remove the sauce from the heat.

  5. Pour the macaroni into the pan, pour over the sauce, mix everything, sprinkle with cheese and of the top put Parmesan cheese. Bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
