Quince natural juice you can easily make this wonderful, fragrant and tasty pulpy juice from whole quinces, without peeling them. Natural preparation without additive! Quince juice is full of vitamins and minerals and is good for stomach problems. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: 7 liter juice, simple
2 kg of quince/ washed and cut in half
6 liters of water
1 kg of sugar
1 lemon/10 g bag citric acid
Sterile bottles
Sterile luds 9 liter pot

Preparation:
Wash the quinces well, then cut them in half. Clean only the stems from the top and bottom.
Put them in a 9-liter pot with the bones, and cover with 6 liters of cold water.
Add 10 g citric acid powder lemon juice and cook over moderate heat.
From the moment of boiling, cook for another 30 minutes.
Do not throw away the water in which the quinces were cooked.
Put the quince pieces in a blender and add the quince liquid, blend into a mushy mixture.
After that, place a strainer in a deep pan and strain the mixture and mix.
When you're done, put it back in the pot with all the liquid and add sugar, you can also add less sugar if you don't like it too sweet.
Boil approximately 700-800 g until it boils.
Cook until the sugar is completely absorbed.
Heat clean and sterile bottles for about 20 minutes at 100 °C.
With the help of a ladle and a funnel, pour the juice into bottles and close with a sterile cap.
Place the juices prepared in this way upright in the oven at 90 °C, and let them pasteurize for 90 minutes.
Leave the oven open after the elapsed time and carefully remove the hot bottles.
When they cool down, arrange them in the pantry.
