Ingredients: simple, total time: 1h 15 min.
450 g of mashed banana
200 g of flour
120 g of butter/ at room temperature.
120 g of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 g of baking powder
3 g of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Prepare all the ingredients as described above.
Cut the bananas into rings and sprinkle them with lemon juice, this way we will prevent the banana from getting darker. Then mash them.
Beat the butter that has been at room temperature, then add the eggs and sugar, mix again, then add bananas, cinnamon flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Pour the brown into a greased mold for bread, you can also make and muffins.
Heat the oven to 180 °C and bake for about 45 -1 hour, it depends on oven. Place the mold in middle, level with the fan.
When it's done, leave it to cool, then cut it into slices, you can serve it with Nutella, jam, butter if you like salty spreadable cheese.
To make your bread last longer, keep it covered.
