Domestic Serbian Corn Bread

  • Phenomenal Serbian traditional dish of cornflour, without flour, which is made quickly and very tasty. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, baking dish 40×30 cm, 10 serving
  • 300 g of corn flour

  • 300 ml mineral water

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 Tablespoon of oil

  • 1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g

Preparation:
  1. Mix all the ingredients well with a mixer. Then grease the tray with oil with the help of a brush. Pour the mixture and level it with a spatula.

  2. Bake at 180 °C for 25–30 minutes. Serve warm or cold with yogurt. Buon appetito!
