Pork Ribs From the Oven

  • The fantastic and delicious taste of ribs from the oven, you have to try it, the marinade is great. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, standing time: 2h, total time: 60 min, 4 servings
  • 1 kg pork ribs


  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1 Tbsp mustard

  • 1 Tbsp ketchup

  • 2 tsp garlic powder/or 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

  • a little water

  • little leek or spring onion

  1. Cut the ribs into portions.

  2. Mix all the ingredients, spread on the ribs. Coat all ribs well!

  3. Place in a shallow dish and cover with foil, put them in the fridge to turn after an hour. Standing is 2 hours. You can also do this overnight!

  4. Before baking, coat with another marinade.

  5. Then put the ribs to bake at 200 °C.

  6. Coat them with more marinade, and turn to the other side, repeat. Do this twice during baking.

  7. During baking, cover with aluminum foil if necessary.

  8. 15 minutes before the end, remove the aluminum foil.

  9. Serve the finished ribs, sprinkle with a little leek on the top. It is very delicious, with a mug of beer. :) Buon appetito!
