This is a Serbian traditional dish originating from the town of Leskovac and is eaten spicy. Ingredients: medium, total time: 120 min. 4 serving
1 kg of pork neck/ on cubes
250 g of fresh meat bacon/ diced
5 onions/finely chopped
10 roasted chopped peppers/ diced
500 g of tomato thick juice
2 garlic cloves/ finely chopped
crushed hot peppers
salt and pepper and herbal spice/ Vegeta to taste
150 ml of vegetable oil
Cut the meat into cubes and season it to taste and wrap it in bacon. Put it on the grill to fry, you can also on the pan. During that time, finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil until it acquires a glassy color. Add roasted peppers, tomatoes, and garlic to that onion and simmer until all the liquid evaporates. Add the meat to all of this, cover with water until the meat is soft, cook until it becomes a compact mass.
When you get the desired mass and compact, pour it into an earthen vessel and make ground hot pepper to taste and put it in the oven to bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Serve the Serbian shaker warm with bread and potatoes. Buon appetito!
