## Irresistibly Tasty Chicken Drumsticks and Wings

  • Delicious and tender chicken drumsticks and wings in a unique and clever way to remove excess fat from chicken pieces by cooking before baking! With this dish, you can combine French fries, baked potatoes, rice, mashed potatoes, peas, or spinach. The preparation is quick and simple, and the taste is fantastic! Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 70 min., 3 serving
  • 15 small chicken drumsticks

  • 15 chicken wings

  • water

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

  • 2 tsp dry spice Vegeta to taste

  • 1 tsp thyme/ or to taste

  • 150 ml Olive oil EVO

  • 1 tsp red ground paprika/ optional

Preparation:
  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and wings.

  2. Put all the pieces in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Cook on moderate heat for about 35–40 minutes.

  3. During this time, turn on the oven to 180 °C.

  4. While the chicken pieces are cooking, place baking paper on an oven tray, and coat with oil with the help of a brush.

  5. After that, take out the chicken pieces and let them cool down a bit.

  6. After they have cooled, put them in a bowl.

  7. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl: 2 tsp of Vegeta, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp red ground pepper if desired it's optional, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of thyme and 150 ml olive oil.

  8. Place this mixture in a ziplock freezer bag.

  9. Put for 10 pieces in the bag and shake until everything is absorbed.

  10. If you accidentally run out of mixture, make a smaller amount of the same proportions.

  11. Take them out immediately and arrange them on the oven tray with a small distance.

  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15–20 minutes.

  13. Serve with onion rings, french fries, baked potatoes, spinach, rice, or peas.

NOTE:
  • You can use the rest of the marinade for baked potatoes.

  • If you like it spicy, add 1/2 teaspoon of ground hot pepper freely.

  • Keep the rest of the chicken meat in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, heating in a pan, microwave or in the oven.
