Fried Chicken Thighs in own Sauce
A simple preparation of chicken big drumsticks with thighs, cut from the bones in its own sauce with a little spice, you will get very tasty meat. The preparation is very quick and simple. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min., 4 serving
4 chicken thighs + drumsticks (boneless)
2–3 Tbsp vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dry spice Vegeta
150 ml water

Preparation:
Debone the meat or ask your butcher to do it for you.
Season the chicken meat with the ingredients from the description and pound it slightly. (I did not remove the skin from the chicken because my husband likes it, and it gives the meat a good taste. But if you struggle with cholesterol and triglycerides, I advise you to take them off.)
Pour the oil into the pan and then heat to moderate heat- I used a steel pan - sure, it's heavy, but it tastes great like it's from the grill!)
Add slightly pounded meat to the hot oil and cook for about 5–7 minutes, each side.
After the second turn, when both sides are well browned, add half the amount of water and continue to fry for about 3–4 minutes on a low, moderate heat.
Repeat this once more and turn the meat.
Pour the resulting sauce over the meat and serve with a side dish as desired.
