Pie with Meat and Leeks Lena
Delicious and soft pie from leeks and minced meat, here is one of my recipes, try it, it is delicious. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: baking tray oven, simple, total time: 60 min.
800 g of thin pie crust
500 g minced meat (can beef, pork, meat)
750 g of leeks/finely chopped
1 sour cream
200 ml of oil
400 ml of water
1 sachet of baking powder/7 g
salt and pepper to taste

Chop the leeks and sauté them in a little oil, then add the minced meat.
If the meat remains a little larger, mash it with a fork and chop it completely.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and a little dry spice can be added.
When the filling has cooled, the crusts are thinned.
Each crust is sprayed with oil and water, in which is the baking powder mixed. The meat filling goes on every fourth crust.
When all the filling is used up, four crusts go from above.
Depending on the number of crusts, you can put three crusts and a filling in between, but it is important that there are four crusts at the beginning and end.
When you put the pie together, cut it into cubes, and then pour it with a mixture of 4 eggs and one sour cream. Pour slowly, just above the place where you cut the pie, and then spread a little between the crusts with a knife, so that the mixture is nicely absorbed into the pie.
Bake on 180 degrees, 20-25 min.
