## Timeless Sunflower Seed Bread: A Simple, Healthy Recipe from the Past
Fantastic preparation of healthy bread with sunflower seeds. There is not much mixing of the dough and preparation; the only thing is that the dough has to stand. This is my grandmother's old recipe, as it was prepared before the Second World War. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: cup measure- 200ml, simple: total time: bout 4h
1 tsp dry yeast
2. 5 cup warm water
5 cup of flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Olive oil EVO
3 Tbsp seeds sunflower
Preparation:
In a deep bowl, mix flour, salt, dry yeast, and warm water.
Mix everything with a spatula until the ingredients are uniform.
The dough should be sticky and soft, do not mix by hand!
Mix the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes in a warm place at room temperature.
After the elapsed time, add olive oil and sunflower seeds, then fold the dough inwards to make the first fold.
Cover the dough once more and let it rest for 15 minutes. Repeat this process 3 more times.
When you have finished the third folding, let the dough rest for another 1 hour, covered with plastic wrap.
After an hour of standing, transfer the dough to a floured surface. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, while making sure the dough remains intact and not to blow it out.
Carefully transfer the shaped pieces of dough to the baking tray.
Leave the dough covered with a clean cloth in a baking tray for another 15 minutes.
During this time, heat the oven to 230 °C.
For a uniform rising of the dough and a crispy crust, place the pan with cold water in the lower part of the oven.
When the oven is preheated, put the baking tray with the bread to bake on the middle level of the oven.
Bake until the bread gets a golden medium color and the bread is baked from the inside.

NOTE:
To make the bread last longer, keep it in a bag and knead it in a cloth bag or cloth.
