Preparation:
  1. Detach the chard leaves from the roots and trim most of the white stems. Wash thoroughly, and remove the hard part of the white stem in a V shape.

  2. Fill a medium-sized pot with water, add a teaspoon of salt, and bring to a boil. Add the chard leaves and cook for approximately 10 minutes.

  3. Drain the Swiss chard thoroughly and allow it to sit for an additional 10 minutes to ensure all excess water is removed.

  4. Cut the chard into 2-3 sections.

  5. Heat olive oil in a medium pan over low to moderate heat.

  6. Add the Swiss chard to the pan along with 150 ml of water. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, season with a pinch of organic spices, Vegeta, salt, and a little black pepper. Mix the ingredients well.

  7. Once the liquid has evaporated, add butter and allow it to melt.

  8. Incorporate the chopped garlic, combining all ingredients thoroughly. Simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat.

  9. Your Swiss chard is now ready!

  10. Serve the warm Swiss chard with olive oil and a lemon wedge if desired.
