### Perfect Pork Skewers: Quick Prep and Delicious Pairings
Beautiful and juicy pork skewers, which are easy and quick to prepare. French fries, mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and seasonal salads go well with this dish. When you buy pork, look for a mix that gives you the softest part of pork for skewers with very little fat. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min. 2 serving
4 Skewers
450 pork leg, soft meat/ without fat/ small rose or large rose part, schol
salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dry spice Vegeta
1 Tbsp Olive oil EVO for frying
steel pan
Preparation:
Cut the pork into 3x 3.5 cm pieces, in the shape of a smaller rectangle.
Then add very little dry vegetable seasoning, salt and pepper to taste and rub it well into each piece of meat.
Thread 4 pieces on one skewer.
Do the same with the rest.
Heat 2 spoons of oil in a steel pan and add the skewers.
Fry for about 7 minutes on moderate heat on each side, until golden brown.
Remove the finished skewers to a plate, reduce the heat and add 120 ml of water, fast scrape the bottom of the pan about 1–2 minutes with a wooden spoon then pour the sauce over the skewers.
Serve the hot skewers immediately with your favorite side dish or salads as desired.
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
If you want, you can add a rib of onion and pepper or some other vegetable, zucchini or eggplant between the skewers.
For a larger amount of skewer preparation, double the ingredients.
