Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min., 2 serving
  • 250 ml homemade sour cream/ mature cream, young cream

  • 2 Tbsp oil

  • 1 flat tsp salt

  • 40 g flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 200 ml water

Preparation:
  1. Pour homemade sour cream into a saucepan over low, moderate heat, mix for half a minute, then add 2 spoons of oil, half a teaspoon of salt and 40 g of flour, mix all well without lumps for about 30 seconds. Then add the eggs and mix quickly for about 3 minutes.

  2. When the mixture starts to thicken, add 200 ml water and stir constantly.

  3. Let the fat separate and stir occasionally for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.

  4. Serve warm with bread.
